    Are You Called to Coach?

This interactive Leadership Lab is designed for leaders who feel called to develop others through coaching, mentoring, teaching, or training. Participants will learn the important differences between each function, with special emphasis on what true coaching is—and what it is not.

The session will help aspiring and emerging coaches recognize whether coaching may be part of their leadership assignment, while also showing the value of becoming a well-rounded leader who knows when to coach, mentor, teach, or train for greater impact.

Participants will leave with greater clarity, practical insight, and a stronger understanding of how to help others move from vision to action.
