About the Retreat
LeadHerShift Summit Retreat is a transformational experience designed for women in leadership—whether you serve in business, ministry, education, the arts, government, or the home. This powerful three-day encounter will position you to shift from simply operating in your assignment to walking in full alignment with God’s purpose and strategy for your life.
Over the course of the weekend, you will receive:

The 2025 Legacy Grant
The LeadHerShift Legacy Grant awards $1,000 to extraordinary women in business and ministry or the local church—to help them shift into greater purpose, leadership, and impact. Open to startups and established leaders, applicants' businesses must be registered in the State where they reside.
This grant is made possible through the generosity of our EmpowerHer Legacy Grant Sponsors, who are investing in the future of women walking boldly in their calling.

Become a Shift Ambassador
Join the LeadHerShift 2025 Summit Retreat as a Shift Ambassador and help create a powerful experience for every attendee. Ambassadors serve in key areas such as hospitality, registration, vendor and sponsorship support, logistics, prayer, and more. Volunteers receive 50% off general admission and merchandise (VIP tickets not included) and must serve a minimum of 6 hours. Leadership opportunities are also available for those interested in becoming a Shift Captain.
